Your data stays removed for as long as the brokers honor the last submission — typically 30 to 90 days before re-aggregation. Without an active subscription, we stop submitting monthly renewals and your record will likely re-appear. You can reactivate at any time.

Name, work email, phone, employer, job title, and LinkedIn URL. This is the minimum required to identify your records across all 15 databases. We do not store payment information and do not sell or share your data with any third party.

California Consumer Privacy Act §1798.120 allows individuals to designate a third party to exercise their privacy rights on their behalf. When you sign the authorization during signup, BrokerStop gains legal standing to submit opt-out and deletion requests to covered businesses as if you submitted them yourself.
